I think this could mesh really well with some of the things @samuejao and I discussed last week, as he mentioned in his last comment:
This was all apropos of the broader GOAT-y coop discussion, though the relevant bits don’t need to take the form of a coop (ie, could be done as a non-profit or other entity). I won’t get into details now, but just to leave y’all in a state of agonized curiosity, we came up with a provisional name: The GOAT Trough 
And I wasn’t sure if goats ever actually eat from a trough or not, but a quick image search confirms the plan is legit:
