FLOAT project using Hylo for organization
- Overview of float - Float.ag
- Hylo were close partners for feature design, especially as FLOAT was the first group to use funding allocation functions created by Hylo
- This was impactful - aligned goals, purpose-driven community focus
Major learnings -
- Hylo supported this community, but didn’t create it
- Thoughtful organizing of Hylo space benefits participants & takes time & effort
- Lots of back-end work needed for voting process, from participants and facilitators
- Value alignment was crucial!
