Error uploading range calibration survey

Hello,

I’m trying to complete the calibration for my reflectometer, and keep encountering the message “error uploading survey” when I try to send it. The values for the open blank and teflon standard confirmations are within the expected range. I have steps 1-8 completed, but not steps 9-18 – is this the issue? I can’t seem to find any instructions for those steps on the calibration procedure webpage.

Thank you for posting! What version reflectometer are you using? And what survey are you attempting to submit?

Hi Nat,

I’m actually not sure what version it is! Is there a way to tell on the reflectometer or through the oursci app? I’m trying to submit the survey called “range calibration 2”.

Hi Freya,

When did you receive this device? It sounds like you’re using the old version of our app. We’re using a more recent version called SurveyStack. Given that you’re working with the Our Sci Kit app, I imagine your device may also be ready for upgrade. Perhaps we should schedule a call?
