The Gathering for Open Science Hardware is an org that GOAT took a lot of ideas from - it’s an amazing, diverse, global group of people who care deeply about science and hardware and sharing.
They just finished their guide on how to run a GOSH-style event. For anyone considering doing events in the future (through GOAT or otherwise) this has great resources and ideas on how to do it well!
