I didn’t know Rob super well, but have talked to him at various events over time and really appreciated our conversations. A lesson I feel I learned from Rob was consistency. You have to show up, for years and years and years, be present and consistent to even have a chance to move the ball a little bit in open ag tech (or any field for that matter). Not only was Rob that kind of person, he enjoyed being that kind of person. He really believed what he said and he had the staying power to make a difference.
