For the milk pasteurization options there should be a choice for “low-heat pasteurization”

And for expiration date, some milks only have “sell by” dates and no actual expiration. What are we to assume expiration date is? (Standard rule of thumb is 5 days after expiration date but I didn’t want to assume)

I have incorporated the following changes into the “Milk Metadata Form:”

-added the low heat pasteurization option to the list.
-added a hint to the expiration date question, telling users to use the ‘sell by’ date + 5 days for milk if there is no expiration date.
