For awhile now, we’ve had an emerging process in our Tuesday Tech calls around how work packages evolve. Greg Austic and I just did our best to begin to document and codify that process in a Wiki on GitLab:

We’d love for people to chime in on whether or not this reflects the current process, and how it might be upgraded. We’ve flagged some questions in italics that still need further consideration and clarification. We can also have a discussion about this on our next Tuesday call.
