I’m looking to build a cook strove that will also make biochar.
The idea is to heat water and cook food while making biochar that can be mixed into the compost heap & used in the composting toilet on the meadow we are developing as a growing/farming project.
I’m thinking of basing it upon the champion TLUD stove design, I’d also like to come up with a design that is fairly easy for people to replicate without specialist tools/skills (eg. try to avoid or minimise welding)
I was involved building some champion TLUDs previously- that time we were doing lots of welding.
